These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Anga Creators ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our platform.

You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

3. Creator Obligations

Creators using Anga Creators agree to complete campaigns professionally, accurately disclose sponsored content in accordance with local laws, and refrain from using artificial engagement (e.g., buying followers or likes).

4. Brand Obligations

Brands agree to provide clear campaign briefs, communicate professionally with creators, and ensure timely payment into escrow upon the initiation of any campaign.

5. Payments and Fees

We use third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions. By using the platform, you agree to their terms of service. We hold payments in escrow and release them to creators upon successful completion and approval of campaign deliverables.
